We want you to have a smooth and secure shopping experience at Ellipsify Store. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unused or unworn

  • With original tags

  • In original packaging

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will send:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how to send your package

If you are outside Pakistan, shipping delays may vary depending on your location.

Damages & Issues

Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.


Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care / hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items (final sale)

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend:

  1. Requesting a return for the item you have

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want

This ensures faster processing and availability.


European Union — 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason.

Item conditions remain the same:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Original packaging

  • Tags included

  • Proof of purchase required


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

Please note, banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
